SHIPPING
**Please note new store hours are Monday-Thursday, closed Friday-Sunday.
Orders placed Monday-Friday on regular business days by 12:00 PM EST will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends or holiday will ship the next business day. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email. We will notify you via email or phone within 8 business hours if any of the items you order are out of stock.
All items ship from the warehouse in Rockville, Indiana. We offer standard UPS ground shipping, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package, ship to location and service requested. At this time we cannot ship outside of the United States. Some services may not be available for shipments going to HI and AK. RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is important to us! If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item**. Notify us immediately at 1-866-678-2466 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. **Please note: The carrier may return to do an inspection of the item. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, unopened packages may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. US Hwy. 41 Rockville, IN 47872 Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.
